Words and concepts which are used for hundreds of years crystallized by classic Turkish literature. These literary works create thousands of meaning from the words which are interaction with each othher. These mentioned words used in classic literature traditionally. "Wine" in the literature guiding the staff of this word is in the first place. Wine, carries the pre-Islamic and Islamic meanings and these meanings are formed by post-installed as a result of the rich layers of meaning has become an indispensable part of the classical literature. The first aim of the study is try to explain the using of “wine” concept boht in pre-Islamic and Islamic term’s literature and literature history. The study also try to explain briefly the “wine” concept development in the history of literature, poetry, this concept has been the subject of how and for what purpose would be to try to explain how to constitute different layers of meaning. Second aim of the study is try to explain how the poetssheikhulislam poets- use the “wine” and wine concept in their poems as a tradition. In this study Sheikhulislam Yahyâ’s famous “disünler” rhyme ghazel try to expound. Ghazal will be interpretation to prose and try to shown word’s relation each other. Explaination about ghazal is view something from “wine” and wine concept perspective.
