The current study is a descriptive study which aims to investigate the coaches’ effect of social well-being levels to the psychological vulnerability of individuals actively working as coaches. The research scale was applied on a voluntary basis by interviewing the coaches’ face to face in Konya and Karaman province. The research group was consisted of 162 (36%) female, 288 (64%) male, (mean standard deviation) 30,69 8,86), including a total of 450 coaches. In the first stage of the study, general characteristics of the trainer were made and some features were given. Afterwards, the concept of well-being, social well-being, psychological fragility and its relationship with sports are discussed. As data collection tools, Sinclair & Wallston (1999) and developed by Ak?n & Eker (2011) adapted to Turkish by the validity and reliability study was conducted with the psychological fragility scale, Keyes (1998) and developed by Ak?n, Demirci, Çitemel, Sar?çam & Ocakç? (2013). Information Form was used. The findings of the survey were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 for Windows package program. As a result, in this study on coaches, the effect of social well-being levels on psychological fragility was tested and inferences were revealed
