Providing education and training for the places where the population is scattered in YIBO's establishment, assisting the activities of spreading the Turkish language and culture in certain villages, providing classes for the children with special education and protection in the villages and opening the classes for the preschool education and providing health, agriculture, public education and all kinds of development activities And to see a central office. In this study, administrators of Gündo?mu? Boarding Primary Schools were asked about their personal problems, their educational problems, their reasons for being in school (working-reading-child's parents), their satisfaction about working at school and their situation The proposal for a solution to the related problems has been researched.
