Negotiations that have been going on for a settlement in Cyprus for many decades have come to a promising point due to new geopolitical developments related to the energy politics. Thus, a new period of settlement seems inevitable in Cyprus. In this process, the idea of Mediterranean Union which seems to be forgotten in recent years can also become on fashion in new geopolitical designs.
