DETERMINATION OF MENTORS’ TEACHING ROLES BY PERCEPTION OF STUDENT TEACHERS AT PRACTICE OF TEACHER EDUCATION COURSE

The aim of this study was to determine the role of teaching practice in the teaching of the course teachers working practices. For this have benefited from the perception of 62 student teachers. Cases have been analyzed in the feedback process of a total of 19 mentors. The results of the analysis, it was found that the most teaching role is imperator, the least is encourager. The application of communications in the feedback process was concluded that teachers have generally not accurate. Based on the results it has been various recommendations.
