In the research, answers were sought to the questions of school administrators' current problems and how they solved these problems. Qualitative research method was used. The study group of the research consists of a total of thirteen school administrators, nine in Samsun Çar?amba district and four in Samsun ?lkad?m district in the 2020/2021 academic year. The problems arising from the school environment are generally; It was determined that it was about traffic and safety. Problems arising from senior management units; It is seen that it consists of problems such as not consulting sub-units when making a decision, frequent decision changing, unnecessary workload, and lack of communication. The problems arising from the internal stakeholders of the school are; It has been stated that there are problems such as the ineffectiveness of the parent-teacher associations, the professional inadequacies of the teachers, the parents not paying enough attention to the students, the students' indifference to the lessons, and the inadequacy of the auxiliary staff. At the beginning of the problems arising from education, it was emphasized that the curriculum should change frequently, the curriculum should be simplified, and the curriculum should be open to local regulations. When we look at the problems in terms of the financing of the school, it has emerged that there is a need for financing in almost every field. In particular, the evaluation of the school budget by the District National Education Directorates has been criticized. In the problems arising from the physical structure of the schools, the need for landscaping, sports and conference halls stands out. In solving problems, individual efforts, consultation, consultation with knowledgeable administrators, keeping the school climate positive and solving them with local opportunities come to the fore. It would be beneficial to establish a commission within the Ministry of National Education regarding the problems of school administrators and to propose solutions. School administrator training process should be restructured in the light of scientific data.
