Brand cities is one of the strong recommendations of Turkey Tourism Strategy 2023 which was prepared bythe Ministry of Culture andTourism in 2007 adopted the sustainable tourism aproach with the aims of increasing the employment, making tourism a Pioneer sector in regional development, being one of the first five countries in terms of the number of tourist and revenue in the international market. In this context, ?anl?urfa which is one of the 15 provinces planned to become a brand culture city by looking at Turkey Tourism Strategy 2023, is the focus point of survey. It has approach the considerations and senses of locals examining the touristic values of ?anl?urfa province during the branding process
