A THEMATIC ANALYSIS OF MASTER AND DOCTORAL STUDIES ON JOB SATISFACTION IN TURKEY

The purpose of this study is to determine the thematic distribution of master and phD studies on job satisfaction in Turkey between 2008-2012. This study was designed in qualification research method and as a model the case study was used. Between 2008-2012, 292 master and phD studies were made on job satisfaction in Turkey. The sampling group covers 244 master and phD studies because some of the studies are inaccesible on National Thesis Centre. “Thematic analysis form" was developed for this research in order to collect data and the data were analyzed with categorical analyze techniques as frequency. Findings indicate that the main theme of job satisfaction researches on master and doctoral studies is Corporate Commitment and Burnout/Fatigue.
