The study aims to determine the sources of stress in business life of certified public accountants and how this stress level changes according to demographics. In this study, the questionnaire technique was used to collect data. The population of the research is 1194 certified public accountants operating throughout Mu?la in 2013. 299 valid questionnaires were evaluated. According to the results, the sources of stress on certified public accountants were determined as change, social life, technology, ethic, financial concerns, expectation, competition, standards and auditing, environmental factors and the social perception. It is observed that the factors causing stress on certified public accountants vary dependent on demographic characteristics.
