In this study, the 2000 General Population Census and the 2010 Address Based Population Registration System (ADNKS) on a provincial basis according to the data obtained from the population in rural and urban (metropolitan, provincial and district centers) growth and distribution of the population were revealed. This study is a kind of follow up of previous researches and aims at determining the spatial changes in Turkey’s population in the last 10 years of 21st century.
