UTILIZATION-FOCUSED EVALUATION AND ITS REFLECTIONS

The aim of this study is to describe the assessment of benefit-oriented evaluation model and discuss the suitability of the education. A comprehensive literature review on the study and how it was determined that the evaluation. Than utilization-focused evaluation vision of theorists are discussed in a comparative manner. Patton's utilization-oriented evaluation is constituted a large part of the study. volunteer stakeholders and evaluator is an important factor that benefit-oriented evaluation is designed as a flexible model for the development of stakeholders. Patton emphasized the success of an evaluation process to measure the benefits to users. there has not been proposed use of any method, content and theories on Utilization-focused evaluation. The existence of a process which allows the selection of the most appropriate contents and methods for primary users are outstanding. In addition, evaluator and primary users determine the suitable purpose, method and design by providing compromise.
