Cinema emerged in urban and cities have been an important part of cinema world every period. Urban architecture influences cinema World by various ways. First of all, it is a geography for psychological impressions of film characters. Secondly, urban designin forms spectators about film's time. This study will focus urban design of Fritz Lang's Metropolis (1927) and Steven Spielberg’s Minority Report (2002). This article uses critical analysis of signs.
