The valuesto bedecisivein termsofinclusionandsocialrelations on the basisof human behaviorfor individualsandsocietyhasan important place.Valuesgive meaning toensurethepeople'slife andshowsthem the way.The values arerelative andcanthereforevary accordingto the society andtime.Moreover,differencescan beseen inthe values that guidethe behavior ofindividuals livingunder the same roof.This studyaimedto determinewhichof thecurrentvalueofthatuniversity youthand that thesevalues have beendemonstratedto be effectivein giving direction towhat extenttheir behavior.Researchwascarriedoutwith792studentsfromOndokuz May?sUniversity.The valuescaleusedinresearchinthe international value oftheSchwartzValue Scalewas administered.Accordingly,themostimportantin terms ofgivingdirectiontobehavioramonguniversitystudents(universalismandbenevolenceconsisting oflowervaluesize) thengiventoselftranscendencevalues(tradition, securityandcofirmconsisting oflowervaluesize) has been determined thatcomplimentedtheconservativevalues.Young peoplebetweenthevalue type isthe least important(consisting of self-orientation and warnedboughtvaluesize) was found to betheaperturetype ofinnovation.
