TURKEY'S REVIEW IN TERMS OF E-GOVERNMENT APPLICATIONS AND A MODEL PROPOSAL

E-government activities in Turkey has entered into a restructuring process. Citizens in a faster service to drive e-government gateway will be able to be. All institutions and organizations in Turkey have established their own web pages, or engages in the process of establishing. This web page of citizens with a view to bringing to meet the needs of a common use by the pool on the importance of opening will be discussed. In the world of e-government application examples in the Americas, Europe and the far east of the country samples, which has a high level of development in terms of countries were discussed. The subject of this article, Turkey's e-government studies determining at what level, is to be used for application recommendations.
