It is possible to see translation activities even in pre-Islamic Iran. It has seen that translation activities started with the conquest of region by Arabs translation act. Translation activities during kaçar reign affected by western specialist and officers who especially paid attention on theaters and plays to entertain people. It is aimed to provoke the people against the present power by choosing plays based on personal and social freedom topics. Some of the Arts chosen, bought from France and England either didn’t come to or just left decompose at stores. Because foreign specialists or officers chose books praising their own countries affairs to be studied at darulfünun caused loss of control at the school.
