Knowledge underlies the great civilizations and achievements. Education is one of the basic methods of obtaining knowledge. In this study, we have dealt with such issues as how the Fiqh (Islamic Law) education was accomplished in the madrasahs of Ottoman State, which have achieved great successes in the history, the main books being taught and what these books could acquire for the students. We have conveyed the science and education perspectives of some of the Ottoman Sultans, who prepared this ambience (services) for their students and lecturers, and also their efforts on this subject. Before dealing with these issues, we have briefly mentioned how educational activities were carried out in the historical origins of Ottoman society and in Islamic societies. In the conclusion part, we have mentioned the issues that needs to be performed for better quality in the Fiqh education in nowadays.
