“THE YAZIR TRIBE OF SALJUKIAN OGHUZ’S AT THE AGE OF SALJUKIAN COLLAPSE”

The history of Oghuz Turks at 12th century is the history of Saljukian Empire’s decline and the Oghuz tribes, whom established the empire, search for a new world for themselves. New Oghuz population which came from East settled to Merv region beat Saljukian army and imprisoned Sultan Sanjar at 1153. So Saljukian Oghuz’s saw that their empire is collapsing and went to found new places to settle and dominance. One of these Oghuz tribes, Yazirs, continued their struggle till the Mongolian Invasion acts but couldn’t established a new dominance. At the absence of authority Saljukian Oghuz’s main aim was to establish local dominances over limited provinces. But accept some of them the dominants of East Saljukian provinces after them were Khorezmshahs and Mongolians. For this reason Oghuz tribes such as Yiva, Avshar and also Yazirs couldn’t accomplished their aims and assimilated after Monghol invasion.
