Suicidal ideation or action can be carried out by any individual with or without mental health. In this respect, it is important to be able to develop the ability to cope with stress. Nilgün Marmara suffered from bipolar disorder in 1979. The emotional destruction of this disease is high. Although the author is thought to have committed suicide, there are some different rumors about her death. This subject has not been addressed as it is outside of our research. In this article, the poem of the poet named "Savrulan Beden" is examined in terms of "suicidal idea" in a psychological context. Suicidal ideation is the thought of individuals who have difficulty coping with intense stress as a way of relief from pain. Whether or not to put this thought into action is an individual choice. People with a predisposition to depression may think of suicide or even commit suicide at any time in their lives. Depression is a serious disease that needs to be treated in this regard. From the moment the suicidal idea is revealed to someone else, it is necessary to receive the signals of death. The thought that is ignored may have the potential to act. In this case, providing the necessary medical, financial and moral assistance can save a life. In this respect, it is important to raise awareness of families and society about suicide. Some individuals tend to lead their lives in a more sensitive and emotional state than others. The conditions are like this, even if they don't want it themselves. The families of these people have great responsibilities. Because they have to live as stress-free as possible. In cases where it is not possible to provide the necessary comfort for their lives, they should get medical support in order to learn to live with stress. Although the thought of a stress-free life sounds nice, it is reminiscent of a utopia that seems too far to be achieved in terms of conditions.
