The main pupose of this study is to determine the study habits of senior students in German Language Teaching department in the Faculty of Education at Ondokuz May?s University. The study’s sample consists of 36 senior students. Data was collected bye the interview and analiyzed through content analysis the interviews. The interview questions were prepared based on Neveling‘s (2000) vocabulary learning questionnaire. Participants were asked 9 questions in total regarding their learning styles, learning atmospheres, and perceptions on their vocabulary learning. 2 of the questions were asked as semi structured forms. Results showed that 1/3 of students study their lessons everyday whereas the majority of them only study in the exam weeks. More than 1/3 of students declared that they have not read a coursebook or written material more than 1 week.
