The literary works in Sufi literature, mostly named as Kitâb-? K?rk Sual, include the answers of Prophet Muhammed gave to the 40 question. Creation of the universes, angels, prophets, various miracles, imageries of Day of reckoning, etc., are presented in a narrative style in these kind of works. The manuscript that is account for our work and reserved in National Library with the archive number “06 Mil Yz A 8096”, contains the story of a cruel emperor named as ?eddâd bin ‘Âd, that is told in also 40 question books. ?eddâd, advanced the claim that he was goddess of this world, constructed his own paradise to show his power, was perished with the people around him because of his this rebellion. In this work, ?eddâd’s sorry state is re-met with today’s readers, the declared longest version of this story which is included in 40 question books will be brought to light
