In the second period (1923-1927) of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Kirsehir’s five congressmen who took role on turning the state into an institution and formation of the Grand Turkish Revolition. Kirsehir which was represented by these five congressmen, the National Struggle for Independence was managed from, is near Ankara that is the heart of the Republic of Turkey, is on the main ways should be taken into account. Kirsehir’s people exclaimed that they were ready for liberating the country when National Struggle for Independence started and joined in Mustafa Kemal’s caravan, at that time these congressmen who represented the people in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey were among the members who turned the state into an institution, declared the republic and reunited it with its characteristics and took role during the important periods the “Grand Turkish Revolition” which hasn’t been seen any of sample so far. In this study, general and personal situations and lives of these members called Ali Riza Benliaga, Mahbub Erdogru, Refik Ismail (Kakmaci), Yahya Galip (Kargi), Lutfi Mufit (Ozdes) who were the congressmen of the second period of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey have been investigated and pointed out that they did their duties in the feeling of nation and patriotism
