THE RELATIONSHIP EMOTIONAL LABOR BETWEEN JOB SATISFACTION AND INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE

Inthisresearch, emotional laborseffect on job satisfactionand individual performance is investigated on 207 health care workers.Relations between parameters were analyz edusingthe data that obtainedfrom 207 health care workers in hospitals operating in Kocaeli province. The data were analyzed by verificative factor analysis, correlationanalysis and regressionmodels. Significantrelations between correlation analysis and emotional labor’s deepacting dimensionand job satisfaction, individual performance were discovered.Significantconnections between emotional labor’s “expression of naturally felt behavior dimensionand job satisfaction were discovered. No significant connection between individual performance were discovered. Inconsequence of there gressionanalysis, ?t was found that emotionallabor’s deepacting and surfaceacting dimensions affectjob satisfactionstatistically positive. No significant findings were found on emotional labordimensions effects on individual performance. This research provides important findings formana gersaiming toincre aseemploy ee and customers atisfaction by paying attentiont oworkers naturally felt emotions.
