In this study, it was aimed to determine the relationship of leadership behavior with organizational dissent in five star hotel enterprises in Bursa. In this descriptive study, the data were collected by questionnaire technique. 363 employees of the five star hotels in Bursa constitute the sample group of the study. In the analysis of data, descriptive statistics as well as correlation analysis were applied. As a result of the research, it was determined that employees' perceptions about leadership behaviors were above the middle level. On the other hand, positive and significant correlation between the perception of leadership behaviors and organizational dissent was detected.
