Besides Hazrat Ali, respect and loyalty is shown to the Twelve Imams in the culture of Alevi-Bekta?i. As a result of this value, a lot of poems about The Twelve Imams have emerged. Some poets directly praised them in their individual poems named düvazimam or düvaz, some others included indirectly in their long-running works. Dervish Muhammed Yemini who was Alevi-Bekta?i poet in 16th century added the theme of The Twelve Imams in his work named Faziletname that is about Hazrat Ali’s virtues. In this work, it was studied on the parts of The Twelve Imams in Faziletname. These were examined in nine parts, all of the relevant couplets were added to the work and some necessary explanations were stated. Faziletname has been examined based on Hazrat Ali’s virtues, miracles so far, however it is seen that, it was mentioned the topics of The Twelve Imams in this work. The names of The Twelve Imams were mentioned one by one through both as a compliment and the means while invoking Allah. As a result, besides the main theme of Faziletname, it was comen out a notion supporting this content.
