The aim of this study was owned by shipping company operating in Turkey and intangible resources of the components of intellectual capital that creates a competitive advantage, to determine its impact on organizational performance. For this purpose, the data obtained by the survey method from managers of shipping firms were analyzed with the help of statistical package programs SPSS 21 and AMOS 21 within the scope of the proposed research model. According to research findings, it is found out that intellectual capital components have a positive and significant effect on the organizational performance of human capital and structural capital, and relational capital has no significant structural capital is more emphasized in relation to shipping company, relational capital and accordingly man and effect on organizational performance. When these findings are evaluated together, it is understood that human and structural capital are managed better.
