Business stakeholders are not just partners; after it has been observed that it covers employees, consumers, potential investors and credit institutions, it has been insufficient for businesses to operate only by increasing their profits, and it has become more important to ensure business sustainability. In order to ensure business sustainability, the relationship of organizations with their environment is key, and this relationship will reach the best level only by adopting ethical behavior and social responsibility activities.. By providing ethics in the enterprise, harmony among the employees is increased and so job satisfaction among the employees, and the market value of businesses that are sensitive to the environment and operate for the benefit of society increases with various social responsibility activities. Businesses that do not take into account the expectations of the society in which they live may lose their competitive edge. With the increased communication possibilities, the society will monitor the activities of businesses and suppress businesses operating only for profit increase in various ways. In addition, legal activities are carried out in line with the expectation in the society, in line with this expectation, businesses that provide an ethical climate within the enterprise and operate for the benefit of the society are prepared for possible legal sanctions
