THE NEED OF CONSTANT TRAINING IN SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED ENTERPRISES: THE CASE STUDY IN BOZÜYÜK

In recent times, the enterprises have been operating globally and there has been a constant change through the developments in communication and informatic teknologies. Under these conditions, it is a must to inform the workers, to train them and to prepare them for new technologies. This creates a necessity for constant training. Small and medium sized enterprises, that should carry on their activities effectively and productively, follow the contemporary developments in order to survive in the global world. One of the most important values of the our age is information and the use of information in the stage of production helps the enterprises to develop the products having higher added value. Because the human resource has great importance in the use of information the production stage, the human resource department should equip with updated information. In this context, the constant training in the enterprises is quite important. This study was conducted in Bozüyük, a town of Bilecik city, Data were collected through a quesstionnaire and analyzed by using SPSS. In the study, the periodical training cases of the small and medium sized enterprises in Bozüyük is evaluated.
