Ahmet Gazi Mosque, which is knowntobuilt in 1308, is builtby Menteeolu H?z?r Bey, in thefirsthalf of the 14th century. Andthemosque is restoredby Ahmet Gazi Bey. Inthisstudy, is aimedtointroducethewoodenminbar, datingfromtheperiod of the Menteeolu, which is in a domedstructurewith a square plan and is locatedwithin Ahmet Gazi Mosque in Old Çine. Thesurface of woodenminbarwhich is thesubject of thisstudy, paintedwithgreenpaint. Exceptthegreenpainttheminbar is in goodcondition, and stil used in themosque. Firstlythework is inspected in themosqueandphotographedandplotted. Inthestudy, utilized in constructiontechnique, decorationtechniqueswhichused in thedecorations. Thentocomparewiththebeforeexamplesandafterexamples. Inthestudy, be seeneffect of Seljukperiod in thedecoration of thecomposition, andtheeffect of thelaterperiod. Withtheintroduction of theworkwithphotographsanddrawings, targetedthework in wooden art.
