In order to fulfill this requirement, it is important to take the education system out of school walls and certain education periods, and to have a flexible structure that continues throughout life. These studies aim to raise individuals who have high level skills and responsibilities such as critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, self-learning, analytical thinking. In this context, BAP programs developed by the Ministry of National Education's Directorate General for Lifelong Learning is a valuable educational project developed for the solution of education problems of immigrants. In this study, it was aimed to determine the level of achieving the purpose and meeting the expectations of the BAP, which was prepared for our citizens living in Western Europe, which the Ministry of National Education presented as a policy. The problem of this research is, "What is the level of meeting the expectations of students of the BAP program prepared by the Ministry of National Education for our citizens and their citizens living in Western Europe during the academic year 2019-2020?" In this research, a focus group interview was held with 10 students who attended these programs. As a result of the research, it has been shown that students have a high level of satisfaction with the BAP program and see BAP as a good option to continue their higher education.
