In this study, as a function of distance, magnitude, time, latitude and longitude conditions of tectonic earthquake records taken in the region, specific statistical correlation of Western Black Sea region has been intended to develop. Also, in light of Karabük Provincial Disaster and Emergency Directorate earthquake data, in surrounding region which coordinates of 41:12 N latitude 32:37 E longitude, earthquake activity and strong motion records which between 1900 and today, have been examined. In this period occurring in the region,magnitude records of 3.5 and higher magnituded 210 earthquakes, along with other earthquake parameters were analyzed.
