Other than the highly probable lack of joy in everything, it would be impossible to for us humans to not be discomforted in a world without Salt and Water. Intoxication and anointment of human body caused by insufficient take of water and salt is an example of these discomforting circumstances. These problems often unraveled by diet procedures which are also discomforting. But what actually necessary is to take the water and salt that have been needed by the body in and adequate and balanced way. In this article, the role in natural balance of salt that takes part nearly in every side of life, the importance of it and the contributions to the health that it makes will be evaluated. Also the sanctification, religiousation and partly its supertitiousation will be clarified and its reality in Islamic culture will be put forth.
