Nowadays, there are somediseasesthatarisedueto a sedentarylifestyle. A largepart of thesediseasesarealsocalled 'disease of ourage'. Physicalinactivity is a primarycause of obesity, type II diabetesandhypertension. Inrecentyears, it has beenreportedthat a significantincreaseoccured in theincidence of thesediseases. Also a largeproportion of healthexpenditure of thecountriesareallocatedtothefightagainstthesediseases. Thebasis of thesefrequentlyencountereddiseasesthroughoutsocietylies in geneticfactors, oreatingdisorders. However, lack of physicalactivity is shown as themostimportantfactorthattriggeredtheobesity, type II diabetesandhypertension. Therefore, increasinglevel of physicalactivitythroughoutsociety is likelytoreducetheincidence of diseasessuch as obesity, type II diabetesandhypertension. Inthisresearch, it wasfocused on theimportanceandbenefits of physicalactivity in theprevention of obesity, type II diabetes, andhypertensionwhichthreatspublichealth.
