Events that affect large segments of society, such as the pandemic, cause serious changes in people's habits and routines. It is possible to say that the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus, which started in late 2019 and whose effects are still ongoing today, has impacts on all aspects of people's lives. While there is a high tendency for these effects to be considered negative, some effects can also be considered as positive. Increasing the time spent in sports and nature are just some of the examples that can be given to these positive effects. In this study, regardless of whether the effects were positive or not, the effects of pandemic conditions caused by the COVID-19 virus on individuals' daily habits and routines were examined. Shopping, meditation, and artistic activities were the most adversely affected by the epidemic. Participants reported that the time they devoted to these activities decreased dramatically. Cooking, watching movies / TV series and consuming snacks were the most positively affected activities. Participants stated that the time they devoted to these activities increased dramatically.
