Cloud computing does not only offer opportunities in technical, functional and economic areas. It also provides benefits and supports in issues such as sociology, psychology and communication in which affect the performance and productivity of the organization. The first impact of business intelligence on cloud computing infrastructure is seen on concepts such as organizational communication, information sharing and social capital. Especially social capital is an important factor for the creation of imitative values and the transfer of knowledge in the network relations of organization. There are many organizational factors affecting the sharing, transfer and use of information that is implicit and embedded, in organizational social networks. Likewise, social capital processes have meaningful implications for many organizational factors. This research exploratory the effect of sophisticated information sharing networks in software companies using Microsoft Windows Azure Cloud Computing Systems on organizational social capital and job satisfaction perceptions. Due to the absence of a research that combines cloud computing and social capital concepts in the literature, it makes the results of this research valuable. Research questionnaires were applied to 391 employees in 13 companies. According to the structural equation model and correlation findings applied in the study, information sharing has a positive relationship on social capital and job satisfaction perceptions. Consequently, it can be assumed that cloud systems that perfect information sharing will also influence existing concepts.
