THE IMPACT OF PERCEIVED QUALITY OF RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES ON THE ATTITUDE OF REVISIT AND RECOMMENDATION: SAMPLE OF ILGAZ MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK

National Parks are one of the most popular areas of recreational demand with its scenery, fresh air and snowfall in winter tourism, diversity of flora and fauna, as well as tourism services in service provision. Systematic collection of service quality perceptions of visitors' recreational activities can be used to improve recreational facilities in the destination and to increase perceived service quality. In this study, it was aimed to determine the perceptions of the quality of the recreational services and to determine the effect of the perceived service quality of the recreational activities on the revisit intention and the recommendation the Ilgaz Mountain National Park, which is especially highly demanded opportunities offered for winter sports. For this purpose, data were collected from 418 individuals who visited Ilgaz Mountain National Park by questionnaire method, service quality perceptions, revisit intentions and a recommendation were measured. In this context, it has been seen that there is a positive relationship between perceived quality of service and revisit intention and the recommendation
