The aim of this study was to determine the effect of teachers supervision which made by inspectors , on how and which level effect teachers’ motivation. Twelve teachers who are inspected in Fatih where district of ?stanbul, form the study group of the research. Content analysis is made in the research which designed according to the qualitative study approach and half-formed interwiev technics is used as datum collection method. According to the opinions of the teachers who participated in the research, it is determined nine positive and thirteen negative situations which affects on the motivation of the teachers during the inspection. When research finds are inspected, the most important factor which affects on the motivation of the teacher both positive and negative, is shown that approach of the inspectors to the teachers during the inspection.
