The aim of this study is to examine the effect of cleaner production on firm performance. According to this aim, research population was selected medium and large sized 63 industrial enterprises production activity in Düzce. In the study, has been reached research population but 53 businesses were returned. Data were collected by face to face interviews with middle and senior managers and questionnaire technique. In this quantitative study, data were analysed by statistical analysis software. As a result, it was found that the cleaner production consist of three dimensions which are manufacture process, recycling and holistic approach. And it is also found that while recycling does not affect firm performance, holistic approach and the manufacturing process affect firm performance positively.
