The purpose of this research is to assess the Israeli siege imposed on the Gaza strip by international law. It began by defining the siege, by studying its historical development, its patterns and methods and the provisions of international law governing it. It then went on to study the Israeli siege imposed on the Gaza strip. The main features of this siege; which distinguishes from othe cases of siege are the pretexts presented by Israeli for its justification and the de finition of the rules of international law that constitute this breach, with its catastrophic effects on the lives of Israeli aggression in the Gaza strip was in 2008, 2012, and 2014. This research ended wit h the presentation of a seris of attempts to break it and put an end to it, which reflected the attitude of the international community to harm this siege.
