The aim of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction. The research involves the employees (N = 450) of a company that provides electrical - electronics and telecommunication services in the centers of three provinces (Sivas, Yozgat and Mula). Data of the study were collected by personal information form and the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire together with Organizational Commitment Questionnaire developed by Allen and Meyyer (1991). Between the normative commitment and internal (0.43), and external (0.42) satisfaction was found the highest correlation. The effect of the extent of organizational commitment on job satisfaction was found to be significant. As a result of multiple regression analysis, the effect of the extent of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, were found significant (P0.05).
