The aim of this study is to determine to effects of entrepreneurial personality traits on desire to make career in tourism. With this purpose an empirical research was carried out on associate and undergraduate tourism students. In the scope of research Data were obtained from 308 tourism students studying at Sakarya and Abant ?zzet Baysal Universities. Convenience sampling was prefered as sampling method. Obtained data from the research was analysed by statistical methods. With aim of analysing data, factor analysis, correlation and path analysis (is a kind of structural equation modelling) methods utilized. Findings indicated that there is a positive and significance correlation between entrepreneurial personality traits and desire to make career in tourism and the behavior of recommending tourism as a career path. However, it is determined that entrepreneurial personality traits affect desire to make career in tourism and advice behaviour.
