THE EFFECT OF PERSONAL FEATURES OF HOTEL BUSINESSES’ EMPLOYEES ON ORGANISATIONAL BURNOUT

Tourism is a business sector which demands lot of labour.For this kind of business sectors psychological situation of workers are more important than the other ones. Organisational burnout is one of the most important factors which decreases the success rate of employees. Also, every person has different personal features. Personal features are significant for organisational management issues. Thus, this research aims to designate the effect of personal features of hotel businesses’ employees on organisational burnout.In this regard, 368 employees who works at four and five stars hotel businesses in ?stanbul are conducted with a poll.As a result of the research, it is discovered that employees who have compatibility and emotional balance features are more vulnerable to the emotional burnout while others who are open to new ideas are tend to be insensitive and vulnerable to burnout in terms of personal failure.In addition to this, employees who have a responsible nature are vulnerable to burnout in terms of personal failure and employees who have outgoing nature do not affected by burnout in any level.
