Globalization has accelerated with the effect of developing technology from end of the Cold War and the whole world has quickly turned into a global village. Especially Neoliberal values spread all over the world with the influence of the Western Block and technology and caused the formation of a global culture. In this study, the role of technology and especially media in the formation of global culture will be handled within the framework of George Ritzer's McDonaldization effect, and what kind of global culture has been explained by Simulation theory. With the developing technology in today's post modern global village, cultural metas change every month and people are constantly pumped by hyperreality. In this study, the formation of the global culture with the media will be explained by combining McDonaldization with Baudrillard’s simulation theory.
