The treaty which was based on division of Persian’s land, signed between England and Russia, was not just a treaty but also caused a world war as a consequence of one state’s will. Before the World War I, The act of encircling Germany for preventing it gaining more power in Europe and movements on England’s dominion is also an act of dismissal of Russia from India, Manchuria.
