This article is about international arbitration that takes place on the Internet. E-arbitration plays a role in the settlement ofdisputes with the speed, ease and flexibility of national or conventional arbitration, whether internal or international, because national jurisdiction has become ineffective in resolving disputes arising from electronic commerce because of its slow and complex nature, It is expensive and can take a long time on the other hand, as well as obstacles to objecting to its ruling and its implementation unlike e-arbitration is characterized by speed as electronic arbitration does not require the transfer of parties to the dispute or physical presence before the arbitral tribunal.The subject of electronic arbitration is one of the modern topics of the modernity of the global information and communication technologies. It is suitable and governs these modern technologies.
