"Insan - i kamil" translated to mean "the person who has reached perfection" is considered to be the highest degree of morality and worship and the holy Qur'an aims to elevate one to this level. Allah (SWT) uses two main methods "teb?ir and inzar" whilst notifying his servants of the rights and truths in the Qur'an and whilst guiding his servants to reach this destination. In short, these two concepts can be translated to mean "good news and fear" and the verses, which contain these concepts, reveal clear and transparent information about the outcomes of the obedient and rebellious attitudes on has towards his creator.In this article firstly we will focus on the concept of "fear" fr om the perspective of human psychology. Further, we will examine how this concept effects people on attitude change in an interpersonal religious communication but also the role when communication with the Creator.The function of “fear” in religious communication process can be perceived as negative in the first place since it is not known enough which attitudes the Qur'an has placed in this feeling. For this reason, it is seen as a necessity to evaluate this concept in this field considering the benefits that the recipients will obtain through religious communication
