Metin Eloglu whose poems were effected by Garip movement first,then social realistic poem and finally by focusing Second New poems approaches had very big evoluation. At this point Eloglu's poetship(1943-1985) is like a atlas of Turkish Poetry during his time.
In this study we will first focus on individual and social tendencies in Turkish Poetry during its newness time and mention about Eloglu's socialistic and realistic approahes in his first period poems with his poem examples.At the end of the study the the reasons of the deep changes in Eloglu's poem and the effects of these changes (thematically)on his poems will be examined.
