The COVID-19 pandemia, emerged in the beginning of 2020, has influenced the whole world and still continues its impact. As it is known, it is seen that this effect is felt intensely in many fields, from health sector to the politics and military fields, from trade to economic developments, and from tourism to education. In this research, the effect of social isolation period, application of which is a fundamental need in education field all over the world, especially in Turkey has been analysed. In order to determine the limitation of the research, a survey study was carried out with 1st and 2nd grade students who continue their education in Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Çaycuma Vocational School Applied English and Translation Program. The questionnaire was conducted based on the questions of a previously developed scale. The aim of the study is to examine the levels of readiness of e-learning of vocational high school students during the COVID-19 social isolation period. The literature review of the research was carried out especially on the basis of 21st century learning models related to technology, distance education and e-learning. As a research method, a questionnaire was applied from quantitative research methods. The questionnaire aims to measure students' readiness to e-learning in 6 different ways. These are Computer Self-Efficacy, Internet Self-Efficacy, Online Communication Self-Efficacy, Self-Learning, Learner Control, and Motivation for E-learning. The data obtained from the questionnaire has been evaluated in the SPSS program and the results have been analysed by descriptive analysis method. As a result of the research, it is seen that the students provided the items under the mentioned topics at a high level in general.
