Along with increased competition between changing business conditions and businesses, it has become a prominent feature in increasing the effectiveness of human resource enterprises. In order to be able to excel in this competitive environment and to sustain this advantage, business managers develop strategies; in which they aim to bring the most talented personnel to carry out the strategies into operation. In addition to attracting talented people to the business, it is extremely important for businesses to retain these people and to make maximum use of them. From this point of view, the aim of this study is to reveal the stages of professional management of talent management. Talent management practices are not fully understood in our country, especially by small and medium-sized companies, and are confused with human resources management From this point of view, this study aims to reveal the stages of the talent management process professionally. In this study, the data obtained by in-depth interviews were subjected to descriptive analysis.
