The city is reflected in the many cities, geographical feature, symbolizing the elements in today. The elements is one of the logos of the city municipalities. The logos of cities is elements same image of the municipality, towns identity and by promoting factors. If you own the image plays an important role in the handle, and logos are the cities, the city formed or is influenced by the physical and human geography feature the image of the city, was created to handle the functional feature. In this case, the municipality logos have many geographical element. Geographical elements in logos visually represents the geographic characteristics of the cities they represent. Kocaeli province and district municipalities have many geographical symbol representing the geographic features of the logos of the municipality is located. Kocaeli is intertwined with the physical and human geography characteristics of the geographical situation of this city is reflected in logos. In this study, geographical symbols are analyzed, examined the geography of cities, compared with logos in the municipality in the district of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and 12 cities. 13 municipalities examined have been detected in 41 units of geography symbol logo.
