SYASETNÂME” AND AS A SAMPLE OF “SYASETNÂME”, AHMED’S “SKENDERNAME”

“Siyasetnâme” is the general name of works which give information about administration art to politicians. The subjects such as qualifications which a ruler has to have, moral principles based on regality and specifics of government are discussed in “Siyasetnâme” . Ahmedî’s Iskendername contains full information concerning world and rulers and from this aspect it shows a characteristic of book of government. In this study from Iskendername’s masnavi viewpoint the subjects such as characters of rulers, regulations of state government, moral principles that policy base have been examined.
